&nbsp;&nbsp;	We first met through mutual friends and spent months running in the same circles, becoming close friends long before we ever thought about dating. Our connection grew naturally — full of laughter, easy conversation, and a genuine care for one another. 	 For a while, we both tried to keep things in “the friend zone”. Our friendship meant too much to risk, and we were happy just being in each other’s lives. But when Alayna set out on her cross-country road trip, she began to miss seeing Ridge everyday. She kept her promise to send postcards along the way, just as friends — little notes and stories from the road. However, with every one that arrived, the line between friendship and something deeper started to blur. 	When Alayna came home, it became hard to ignore how our feelings had evolved. We spent more time together, and our connection felt stronger than ever — familiar, yet completely new. Finally, after a little meddling from our friends and a stack of postcards, we decided to give love a chance. 	The rest is history. We’ve been inseparable ever since, still best friends at heart, but now sharing every adventure, every ordinary day, and every beautiful moment together.
