What time should I arrive?
Please plan to arrive 20-30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony to allow sufficient time for parking, seating, and settling in. Pre-ceremony music will be provided for your enjoyment during this time. Kindly note that guests will not be admitted into the church once the ceremony has commenced.
What should I wear?
Our dress code is Black Tie Preferred!
Formal attire is encouraged. Tuxedos and long gowns are welcome, but dark suits and elegant cocktail dresses/jumpsuits are perfectly appropriate.
Please keep in mind that the ceremony will take place in a church, so attire that’s respectful of the setting is appreciated.
December evenings can be cool, so we recommend bringing a wrap, shawl, or jacket for comfort.
Can I bring my kids?
We’d love to celebrate with everyone close to us, but due to space and seating, we’re only able to accommodate children listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

We’ve worked hard to create an intimate celebration and have reserved seats for those listed on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
The ceremony will be held at Memorial United Methodist Church, followed by a reception at The Palace Saloon. Both are located in Downtown Fernandina Beach, just a short drive (or walk) apart!
