Please plan to arrive 20-30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony to allow sufficient time for parking, seating, and settling in. Pre-ceremony music will be provided for your enjoyment during this time. Kindly note that guests will not be admitted into the church once the ceremony has commenced.

Our dress code is Black Tie Preferred! Formal attire is encouraged. Tuxedos and long gowns are welcome, but dark suits and elegant cocktail dresses/jumpsuits are perfectly appropriate. Please keep in mind that the ceremony will take place in a church, so attire that’s respectful of the setting is appreciated. December evenings can be cool, so we recommend bringing a wrap, shawl, or jacket for comfort.

We’d love to celebrate with everyone close to us, but due to space and seating, we’re only able to accommodate children listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

The ceremony will be held at Memorial United Methodist Church, followed by a reception at The Palace Saloon. Both are located in Downtown Fernandina Beach, just a short drive (or walk) apart!
